ADVANTAGE Health Solutions, Inc. ^SM is proud to be chosen by the Indiana Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) to provide care management services to Indiana Care Select. ADVANTAGE Care Select provides care management services to Indiana's Medicaid recipients. Our care management program helps Medicaid members that are aged, blind or disabled. Our goal is helping you or your loved one be as healthy as possible in your home and community.

On this Web site you can learn more about the different parts of the ADVANTAGE Care Select program and how they operate. There are two main sections of the Web site: one for members and one for providers.
