ADVANTAGE is owned by four Catholic health care systems:

• Ancilla Systems is a major Midwestern Catholic sponsored health care organization whose mission is to build healthy communities in Northern Indiana.
• St. Vincent Health, a member of Ascension Health, the nation's largest not-for-profit and Catholic Healthcare System. St. Vincent Health is an integrated health care delivery system that operates hospital facilities throughout Indiana, including Anderson, Brazil, Carmel, Elwood, Frankfort, Indianapolis, Kokomo, North Vernon, Williamsport, and Winchester. St. Vincent Care Management Organization (CMO) and Suburban Health Organization are affiliated with St. Vincent Health.
• Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration, the founder of St. Francis Hospital & Health Centers in Beech Grove, IN. Today, St. Francis consists of four hospital campuses – Beech Grove, Indianapolis, Mooresville and Lafayette Health Systems. St. Francis Health Network is the affiliated Provider Hospital Organization.
• Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center - sponsored by Trinity Health. Today, Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center operates three campuses in South Bend, Mishawaka, and Plymouth. Select Health Network, LLC is affiliated with Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center and also with Community Hospital of Bremen.
