MOUNTAIN OF WELLNESS

The Mountain of Wellness is a points-based incentive program designed to reward you for being healthy or for maintaining healthy habits related to your health conditions. Members can earn points by visiting their physician for annual check-ups, completing monthly exercise logs, dental & eye exams, participating in a Smoking Cessation program and many more! Members will enroll by filling out a Personal Wellness Profile (PWP) and can immediately print off their own, confidential report on their current health status.
